Hotel policy

Terms & conditions

  • Check-in: 2 p.m. & Check-out: 12 p.m.
  • Room rates are based on double occupancy. Extra Person is chargeable.
  • All guests are required to present a photo id upon check-in.
  • Right of admission reserved. No pets are allowed.

Booking Information

  • Telephone / Oral booking are not accepted
  • Bookings made without payment will be held purely as tentative bookings and we may sell the same to any other client, without notice. The onus is on the guest to keep track of the status of the tentative bookings.
  • Any change upon arrival in the number of guests or the name shall not be entertained.
  • Room availability depends on the time of your request and consequently can change. We are not holding any rooms on your behalf unless you receive a written confirmation from us.

Child Policy

  • One child under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bed.
  • Child rate is applicable for 7-12 yrs. Adult rates are applicable for above 12yrs.
  • Maximum occupancy in a room is 3 Adults or 2 Adults and 2 Child only.
  • Maximum number of extra bed in a room is one.

Request for a specific room

Since the room allocation is a complex process it is usually done by the resort upon the day of arrival based on the availability at the time of check-in. For this reason we cannot guarantee a specific room number or location at booking, however please advice us of your wishes and we will always do our utmost to meet them. We would like to assure you however that you will of course get the room category/type you have booked and paid for.

Payment Instruction

  • Reservations will be confirmed and guaranteed only on receipt of full payment.
  • Guests are requested to share us by the transaction ref. no. by mail after making payment.
  • On receipt of the payment, confirmation mail will be sent within 24 hours, which is the proof of your stay.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation or Amendment of your stay should be intimated by email
  • No retention charges, if notice is received 7 days prior to arrival
  • Between 7 – 3 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total cost will be charged
  • No refund will be entertained if notice received less than 3 days of arrival
  • Unexpected Departures, Deferred Check-in, Early Check-out, No show will be charged at all cost
  • Resort reserves the right to cancel non guaranteed reservations after 16:00 hrs on the day of arrival
  • Any refund to be paid by Green Nest (following a cancellation or in any other situation) is subject to a transaction fee / administration charge up to 5% of the total amount to be refunded.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Right of admission reserved.

Force Majeure Clause:

  • Further, in the event of a Force Majeure, ‘Green Nest Resort’ shall not charge retention for any cancellation or change of the reservation made by the Guests, or that part of the reservation that was not consumed by the guests who are affected by the Force Majeure Event.
  • However, ‘Green Nest Resort shall at its own discretion provide the client a credit note that is valid till the claim-by-date defined by Green Nest Resort
  • The client will not be entitled to make any grievance thereafter in respect of the same.

Check In – Check Out

  • All guests are required to present a photo id upon check-in. (Passport, Driving License, Voter ID /Aadhar Card).
  • Check-in time is 14:00 hrs. (2 pm) and check-out time is at 12:00 noon.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
  • The only way to guarantee early access to your room or to keep it longer on your departure day according to your flight timings, is to book the room for an additional night prior (for early check-in) or after (for late check-out) to your reservation dates, to avoid uncomfortable waiting times.
